Some things go without being said. One of them is that Scissor Sisters fans will be different to The Pixies fans. Yet I felt the need to say it anyway before launching in to my review.
With almost as many members as Slipknot and in recent times a much larger fan base it is no surprise that the sound they generate is unique.
Hailing from New York City, this afternoon a field of people in the Midlands are about to have the D-I-S-C-O put back in to their lives. One gentleman in the crowd certainly needs it as he walks past me swaying in a way that Ive never before witnessed. Its safe to say that hes not watching the same show as the rest of us but he does seem to be having a time if his gurgling noises are anything to go by.
Playing through their hits, the crowd thrive on the fact that Scissor Sisters love every minute of their performance. If theres one thing that they can do its to put on a good show. Its just a shame that the swaying gentleman missed it.
