I really do think I am going barmy......after a stressful day at work on Saturday I rushed to Tesco corporate whores to buy the ingredients for my daughters birthday meal....basically chicken, cream, coriander, and apricots.

Sunday morning cooking time arrived.....oh b*gger I've forgotten the cream....went out for cream....carry on cooking.....oh sod it I've forgotten the coriander....goes out for coriander.....comes back, looks in fridge for chicken......yep.....no chicken.......

The worrying thing being, I am home alone all this week.....don't get me wrong I really love having the place to myself.....however, some mini disaster always occurs.....for instance the boiler stops working, or there's complete power failure, or spiders as big as badgers.....or as happened last time a rare biblical flood......

The great thing though was the amount of advice and guidance I got from people here.....I even had people offering to come over and fix it for me.....( b*gger bus is on hoiday...... )

So..... all I'm saying is gird yer loins folks.....I shall be calling for assistance shortly.......
