went to go and see the automatic at the astoria on thursday and they were rather good... had a wonderul time and it will be a shame to see the venue closed as i rather like it.

in other news i am still not smoking although it seems to be becoming more of a struggle rather than easier which isn't how it is meant to work i am sure....

i am also considering joining a gym to tone myself up.... this may come to a shock to some as i am known for my laziness and ability to demand getting a cab anywhere as i find public transport a struggle...

ooo had the apprasial yesterday which seemed to go well... although it did take two long long hours and i almost went mad...

now i have a weekend of sorting out loads of boring shit to look forward too... ackity ack... but i am sure next week will be wonderful... .... ooo and buying gig tickets for nov jan and feb is making everything seem so much sunnier XX
