going by the stuff going on with sport would it be safe to assume more normality after the weekend with everything ? until the funeral ? how long did it take to return the tv channels/ radio to normal after prince Philip ? there seems to be very little info available given the amount of time they've had to prepare

at the moment just the weekend ....

so last night we had some music events but some cancelled .... football has gone for the weekend , f1 remains on with a silence , rugby has gone but only until tomorrow , horse racing cancelled until sunday .... what an absolute shambles .... its not too much effort for these things to go ahead with a tribute ....

Totally agree … the fixture schedule is also a nightmare for those in Europe … no idea how they will manage to fit those games in if we miss 2 weekends worth of fixtures plus 2 mid week

I’m at work … Asda have changed social media banners and Asda FM is off … meanwhile so far I’ve managed to avoid all talk of the death … by the end of the 10 days I’m sure to have had a heated discussion as my views don’t conform to the standard view … or do they ? . Wonder where we are as a nation without the need to do what is seen as the right thing …. Hopefully a monarchy debate comes along once the passions die down

I quite like Charles too … and Harry (mainly because the daily fail hate him ) … although the idea of these people being born into such wealth is horrid amongst the poverty some are going through . I’ll shed more tears when ME departs … he’s had more influence on my life than the queen
