They’ve always added an extra layer of waterproof to my not so waterproof shoes … yeah they can get a bit hot but I try and take them off to let my feet breathe where I can

I think bamboo socks are recommended for the lighter pair … along with standard walking socks … or the crème de la crème of sealskinz

Wellies only get used if there is standing water … see other stage a few years back …

There’s a pattern of grass cutting here … not quite a Radiohead pattern but hopefully that means the spider arrives this week then …

Car into carpark night before … lift back to Taunton from the pub that’s open … bus back next day and collect tickets … mates on earlier one will set up tents , trip to car on Thursday to collect any remaining stuff … that way my back should hopefully remain in 1 peice 🙂

Yes absolutely 2 pairs is a must … I’ve not had a blister yet … despite some of the time wearing wellies … give your feet an opportunity to breathe where you can too

I reckon quite a few of the workers now like to pose for the camera … 🙂 …. Hopefully the arcadia field gets a cut soon in prep for spider arrival

im gonna revert to my bigger porta shower .... will just be something else to collect from the car on the thursday rather than something ive already got in my bag on the bus -
i think the routing around the south east corner and the one way system might be changing ? although maybe not the entrance ...?

Parking permit in the post to me today … once that’s recieved that’s all the peices of the jigsaw complete … it’s gonna make for an awesome picture in 22 days
