  1. If the timings work out I'd skip Noel G to go see Richard Thompson
  2. But there are also live performances in many of the other bars not labelled e.g. West Holts bar, Bread & Roses, whatever replaced the Fluffy Rock Cafe, etc
  3. CaledonianGonzo

That second track though. The world really needs more stern, monochrome post-punk with a man talking into a bin about tins of cold soup.
  4. Aye. Clashed with Larry Mullen Jnr and the lads.
  5. Is this the one near the Williams Green tent - or closer to the Cider Bus?
  6. Someone's already made the point that if it's a clunker it makes the Sunday night dilemma less painful.
  7. Would be the last time I saw them put on a decent performance.
  8. First one rarely spotted this side of the year 2000.
  9. Would just get trolled by steampunk-clad fans of Jethro Q. Whirlygoose and co.
  10. Wouldn't not go: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cda2XWyr2IR/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  11. Maybe it's just the first year it's really noticeable. Bobby Gillespie and Bez aren't going to cut it in comparison to the likes of John Fogerty or Bryan Ferry.
  12. Gladys Knight has the Friday free: https://gladysknight.com/2022-dates-final/
  13. While generally true, it's not prevented yer Patti Smiths or ZZ Tops chipping up in the past.
  14. Move Your Body will be a Glastonbury Moment.
  15. Booooo! Contemporary acts to my teenage years can't be heritage acts.
  16. Dionne Warwick is free on the Sunday and would be ideal: https://www.ents24.com/uk/tour-dates/dionne-warwick
  17. What are the chances of Jayda G this year?
  18. Hoping for some pleasant surprises but I reckon most would be bigger names and likely have been on the first poster Robert Plant as well to be fair, although he's likely to be emphasising new stuff. Essentially I want a Burt Bacharach / Leonard Cohen / Crosby Stills & Nash / Art Garfunkel / BB King / Kris Kristofferson etc equivalent.
  19. More an observation than a complaint, but it's not overly chocka with heritage acts. Macca, Rozza and Crowded House aside it's slim pickings.
  20. Where eFests is concerned PSB usually means those guys dressed as Biggles with their archive footage-based gentle head-nodders.
  21. The cows are presumably not off their udders on a wide variety of chemicals.
  22. Unless there's still a stage in the Spike area and that's where the likes of Mik Artistik will chip up.
