They're definitely playing Sunrise Celebration just down the road from glasto in a couple of weeks - excellent warm-up festival for glastonbury btw

So I guess it looks like The Orb won't be playing.

I was wondering what people think of the new album, "The Dream"? I think it's great, varied and eminently danceable, although it is kind of weird the way that, "Dirty Disco Dub" sounds exactly like Leftfield, and, "The Truth..." sounds uncannily like Neil Young's, "Only Love Can Break Your Heart".

Cheers for that. Dissapointed, but at least I have two opportunities to catch him DJing.

It will also make it more important to catch The Orb at The Glade Festival, since no opp at Glasto now!

And Shangri-la - Alex patterson (the orb)....so they do mention "the orb".... maybe keeping everything crossed !!

It's just Alex both times. Alex's booking agent told me, as did The Orb's. The Orb's man didn't know who was playing at first, but managed to get in touch with Alex who confirmed he was DJing Shangri-la.

FYI, the official site has changed it's line-up because of my enquiries, because of this very thread! One of the messages in the chain was"getting the Orb of all the websites was like pulling a tooth but we didi it"
