Kasabian are a whole different level of size to Doves to be fair, they are a festival headliner and were doing R&L / Glasto only like 10 years ago!   He played the weekend of glasto this year in Bristol and didn't make it to WF so not sure

I don’t see this being accurate because 1. O-Rod would headline if playing and (related) 2. It’d be all men in the headline and Legends slot which I just don’t see Emily doing when there are strong female artists available and also playing. It would be a massive move away from what she’s said she’s trying to achieve with gender equality in music.

Acts flop opening other on friday quite often - needs a few more tries before determining it a no go area I reckon.   Probably doesn't help she's not a huge draw and most people who like DJs likely went to bed at 3am i guess   edit; saying that, I don't think many from the E&D thread would even bother going to Annie Mac unless mates wanted to. Hard to get a DJ that would actually be much pull for that slot so early in the day

Luton this year would be counted as the south of england - so it won't be down near London / the southwest for a while realistically.
