Sgt. Pepper
yes another good point, i have noticed that as well. people used to bang on about coulthard beign called british when he won, but i found the press were always talking of him as "a Scot"
Kowalski
it is but there are only 4 of them a year. he's just won a masters tournament, beating the 3rd best player in the world on the way. something to shout about. and no, montgomerie is a wanabee scot. no comparisons neccessary
Peevis
Remember Scots.. We own you, and Murray plays, 'cos we, the English says it's OK for him to do so!

oafc0000
I agree entirely. Although to be fair Mansell did manage one thing hugely significant thing that Senna didn't. He walked away.

DrDoolittle
He won a tournament? Good for him. Isn't a grand slam win that sets the men apart from the boys (and the erm, women apart from the girls)? in tennis? Is there a whiff of the "Montgomeries" about this bloke? ronaldo
Cant be assed trying to quote different folk so her replies to various people. Murray has the accent of someone from the Stirling area, he was born with it, it sounds a but dour but hey ho what can you do, least he is sticking to his roots. He is playing well, doing his nation proud by beating some of the best players in the world and is still young so can only see him getting better. Dont care if you english dont like him, he is our hero not yours. Hate having to look at folk waving Union Jacks when Murray is playing. Peevis - you were the fat kid at school that always got picked last in PE and made to play in goals eh?

ben_cosmia
f**k off you dozy twat. Alexander Graham Bell is a Legend Adam Smith is a Legend Alexander Fleming is a legend James Watt is a legend The fact that all three men on the apollo 11 mission were all of Scottish decent, is legenedary. You've confused the word "legend", with footballer. Don't feel bad, many people make this mistake. But in actual fact you are simply a bit thick. ronaldo
Er.. No I was the one thinking about stuff. You should try it sometime. People who kick a football around or whack a golf ball about change their own lives for the better. I prefer to idolise people who make a difference to more people than simply themselves and their bank manager!

ben_cosmia
Now you are confusing the word football with work. Must be very confusing having a conversation with you, when every verb you use is football.. How do you distinguish?

But if you think being miserable Scotch twat, and sitting on a bench on the edge of a football field getting a boner over Ronaldo's arse is work.. Then you MUST be Scottish!
