Macca87, I've added you to the England reserve list.

I just thought I'd set it up so we can have different approachs to the fundraising.

This way people who can't go to the festival or want to donate with paypal or credit card can do so.

It also gives us an idea of how successful it has been before the festival.

We have 15 England players so far who haven't replied about whether they still want to play or not.

These are in black in the first post. I'll have to give them until Thursday to reply otherwise I will remove them and move the reservists up into the first team.

At the 2008 Efestivals meet a few of us (fuelled by drink) attempted to set up a England v Scotland footie game. For one reason or another, mainly a lack of ball, this never happened. So for 2009 we decided to try and organise it properly with a cup and everything. So we are planning an England v Rest of the World game...or whoever turns up.

This is the cup.

There will be prematch entertainment with Hobo Jones and the Junkyard Dogs doing a 40 minute set starting at 3pm and the game kicking off at 4pm on Wednesday 24th, which will be about an hour before the Efestivals meet at the Cider bus so we can celebrate/commiserate after the game.

The official charity for the game is Wateraid so players, spectators can donate either online at Wateraid or at the game, where Wateraid volunteers will be on hand to collect donations.

Also the Q Glastonbury review will be doing a spread on the game so there will be people from the magazine there to take photos, interview people and take part in the game.
