I am pleased to say that EARTHBOUND MISFITS will be at Alchemy providing circus skills workshops, walkabout and static shows plus lots more!

Short History Lesson

The Earth Bound Misfits have been providing quality performances and circus workshops since the turn of 1997. The team are all from different walks of life and backgrounds, they have over 30 years performing and teaching experience between them and are very passionate about their art forms and the benefits it has to offer young and old a like.

We also provide one of the North of England’s highest quality mobile circus skill workshops. Covering many skills and following the highest codes of practice set out by the National Association of Youth Circus.

You Can Try Your Hand At One of the Following Skills:

Juggling (scarves, balls, rings, clubs)

Plate spinning, Yo-yo, Diabolo

Devil & Rhythm Sticks

Unicycle, Globe walking, Poi, Astro jax

Stilt walking,

Rola Bola (teeter board)

Cigar boxes, Clowning

Performing, Balancing skills, Character acting

Campsite will open at 11am Fri and there will be someone on gate until 11am Monday.

A small number of day tickets are on sale (include 1 night camping), these will go fast! if you want one get it now but I would rather you came for the whole event!

Nailed on! Can't believe there's actually a festie for once happening within a 15 mile radius of my house - I'm even tempted to forget the tent, purely so I can 'nip back' and get it and not miss a thing.

Nice offer thank you. I've bought a ticket for dear old mum too so she'll probably want to camp somewhere with a little peace and quiet at night. I'm usually quite happy - I've done most of my festivals on my own so I'm used to it. But if I see a crowd of mismatched reprobates sitting round a gazebo I'll be sure to add my two cents

SIKA studios will be hosting an underground arts area with live graffiti shows/workshops and circus skills shows/workshop with fire shows during the evening. They will also be painting tents/automobiles and selling their canvasses/clothing at special reduced prices all for the love of Alchemy festival!
