The other Rich is so busy at the moment he's asked me to post this...

"Bearded Theory has officially applied to the Guinness Book of world records.

That on May 16th 2009, a new world record attempt will be made for the most people EVER in one

place wearing false Beards.

Get dusting them off guys and gals, boys and girls, they may become record-breaking famous beards!"

Alan Gosschalk, Director of Fundraising at Shelter said: “We are delighted to be chosen as the beneficiary charity for the Bearded Theory Music Festival. Shelter has seen a huge increase in demand for our housing aid and advice services in the wake of the credit crunch, as people struggle with mortgage arrears and the threat of repossession, so this support has never been more vital.”

We have a very special raffle where you can win the amazing original artwork that has been drawn for this years festival programme. It is truly amazing and the artist we have doing it is amazing. I have attached just a sample of the programme being done.

All proceeds will go directly to the Padley Homeless Centre in Derby and the winner will have their hands on some brilliant festival history. Raffle tickets can be bought from the merchandise tent on the weekend.
