Just seen Placebo are on the European Festival circuit next year, could be a good shout for second headliner, albeit somewhat uninspired and well, boring.

Think they're more likely to second headline Download though.

Kings of Leon aren't that certain for IOW anymore, last time I looked they had been taken of as a rumour as someone had heard they definatley weren't playing.

No chance of Franz playing only 3 years after last time, I would bet my house on it. They will be at T and maybe Glastonbury.
