How much was it for the room?

Hotel costs £49 per room per night. When you book you have to give credit card details to confirm the booking but no money is taken and you don't pay until you check in. This means that you can cancel the rooms with no penalty right up until the day you're due to arrive. For this reason I alway get rooms booked and then I can always cancel if necessary. Waiting to see the lineup before getting tickets but looking forward to my 9th Creamfields already

Definitely, most of the hotels will put an event uplift on the rates at some point. The rooms in the hotel i've booked changed to £75 per room per night after I booked for the last one.

It's only a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and we even walked back last year on the Sunday but it took a while longer than the taxi ride!!

i live about 5 mins from the travel inn, there'd be no chance i'd have walked!

EDIT: assume you meant the preston brook one... beechwood one is about a 2 hour walk
