No. Elf is amazing, and you just reminded me of another film I saw yesterday....Stepbrothers. It started off ok but turned silly. Will Ferrell at his worst.

I was pissing myself in some parts of it - the bit in the lift when he presses all the buttons because they light up really tickled me for some reason.

I just presumed it was a turd Christmas film - I never thought I might actually ENJOY it.

But the best Christmas film out there? Well it's gotta be Die Hard. Awesome.

I love Elf and Zooey is stunning, I've not seen Bad Santa though, mite give it a watch.

On another note i watched Men Who Stare At Goats and Le Donk & Scor-Zay-Zee this week the latter, Shane Meadows new Mockumentary was very good but I was slightly disappointed with nothing special but had its moments, I really enjoyed Taking Woodstock though and Zombieland, I would definitely recommend them both.

i didnt like Bad Santa, billy bob thorton is a bit over the top compared to everyone else....

the kid is great though
