kokota
Not a good thing for us visiting Exit this summer as well.. Arctic monkeys, Lily Allen, Manic street preachers perform on both festies. Ok, Prodigy too, but I can watch them any day ..

Cactusgirl
Wouldn't go and see Lily Allen in concert or anything but reckon her music is would be very pleasant to listen to with a beer in the sun!
arteet
Lily Allen doesn't interest me in the slightest but it gives a good opportunity to go and explore the island! Really can't wait to go back now!

Madalien
yup, and after getting rained on in the mud watching her at Glasto 2007 it'll be such a refreshing change to enjoy sun and beers in abundance!

calise
Was gonna give this a miss this year cos of the poor exchange rate but since all the bands I want to see are playing on Friday and Saturday I've decided to get day tickets. Now I need to find very cheap accomodation for 2 nights. Anyone got any suggestions?

sionell
Does anyone know when they are likely to announce the Day Zero band?
guitarbaz
i was just looking at the official site and thinking exactly the same thing. i'm almost glad it's none of the names announced so far, there's some good ones there but nothing to quite match the likes of iron maiden eh? what chance ac/dc or radioheed?? we can live in hope and it looks like Lily Allen is indeed headlining, on the wed night. amusing she's higher up the bill than Bore Patrol, a band that doesn't come anywhere near to living up to their billing. guitarbaz
Maiden last year were fab, best bit was watching our friend sleep through the entire performance! Must admit this year I live in hope it won't be Radiohead, I can't abide them. So that'll be me opening a vein... We're staying in an hotel in the centre of town anyway so if there's nobody on that we want to see, we can always amuse ourselves in the Manorwar bar!
