Dont know why but sometimes when i close the efest page, it opens about a million others - at home and at work so think it might be your end. Sorry Im a bit of a PC luddite so dont know if this explains it particularly well

I'm pretty sure it's nothing at this end - it sounds as tho you have some sort of (annoying but not destructive) virus.

When you say "it opens about a million others", do you mean opens other efests pages or are they pages from random(ish) websites? If it's random(ish) websites, that does sound like its a virus of some sort that has infected your web-browser.

It does it on this one and did it on my laptop at home last night - if I click on the red cross in the corner, it shuts that page but then opens about 35 more copies of the page Ive just closed

as far as I'm aware it's only you that it's happening to - it's certainly not happening on the 4 PCs I use, nor on the staff's PCs.

I'd guess that you've picked up a virus of some sort from one of the websites you've visited on both of your computers

u can get a free virus checker if u search avg antivirus in google

mebe get a malware/spyware one too, just to make sure (try malwarebytes anti malware - another free software thing )
