What does the quote button do and how do you use it? I think it's about time I learnt, it's been confusing me since I joined the boards.

When you hit the it turns to and then you can turn it off again by pressing it once more.

When you want to quote several previous threads together, this button allows you to do it all in one post.

Press the quote button on which posts you wish to quote, I think there is a limit of 5(?) and then hit the Add Reply button.

This will then put the quotes into your post and allow you to reply to them all at once

i've been dying to know how this is done, cheers Paul ™

since the website changes, when i use the Quote button, it takes me to the page where i write my post, but the quotes never appear in the box for some reason.
