Some people are saying that some acts/headliners may be published on February 1st. I am still in two minds about going this year (times is 'ard) so thought I'd wait til Feb 1st to see if we get any more news on the line-up.

But can I delay paying my balance until the end of the day on February 1st, or is the balance due before that (i.e. by end of January?!).
