Adding Pictures

Everytime I go to post a picture it comes up "Sorry, dynamic pages in the tags are not allowed", never had this problem before as have posted a few pictures in the past. I'm using http://www.imageshack.us/ and have always copied the "Show image to friends" link before entering it into the add image option

Have I forgotten how to do it right?

i've never been able to post pictures in any forum i use.

I copy the (what i think is the) url and all i get is a little box with a red cross in it. Am i doing it wrong?

any advice would be great
