Topic Deletion

I posted a rather humurous and mischevious trick topic on the T in the Park boards. I assumed that most people would know it was meant for humour and treat it as such.

Was I mistaken, as it has now been deleted?

I guess this is more of an apology than a request, or possibly a request to make sure my brand of marvelous humour is more constructed in the future.

There were two reasons that it got deleted if it's the thread I think it was....

1. it was misleading those people who believed it as true (it wasn't immediately obvious that it wasn't), which led onto...

2. people using it to have a pop at a certain individual.

While 2. hadn't got the stage where it needed removal, it was heading that way, and given the fact that in a previous incident in the same forum people were quite happy to do similar but then not take any responsibility for the money (real hard cash!!!) that their actions cost eFestivals, I'm not going to give people much leeway which might drop eFestivals in the shit another time.
