SeeTickets / Raileasy train tickets

SeeTickets have added a link to the /g2009 page to a company called Raileasy, who are a booking agent for train tickets in the UK (like thetrainline)

There's no problem with using Raileasy, but you should be aware that they do charge a fee for each sale:

£1 booking fee (if ticket is over £10, if less than £10 then it's a £2 fee)

plus

50p fee for paying by debit card

or

2.5% charge for using a credit card

The tickets can be bought at the same face value, but without any charges, from most Train Operating Companies websites (National Express East Coast is a good starter), and you can specify which station you want to pick the tickets up from (doesn't have to be on a NXEC route), so you don't get hit with postage fees.

Tickets should be available from Easter-time. Raileasy say from the 4th April, which I'm slightly sceptical about.

Hope this helps.
