I had a bit of a look back through the pages of threads to look for anything about this but couldn't see anything so i hope this isn't a repeat thread.

Emily Eavis has given her top 10 albums of last year so i would imagine it's likely that we will see some of them at this years festival, here they are

1. Little Joy - Little Joy

2. Elbow - The Seldom Seen Kid

3. Hot Chip - Made In The Dark

4. Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes

5. Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago

6. Vampire Weekend - Vampire Weekend

7. Nick Cave - Dig Lazarus, Dig

8. Kings Of Leon - Only By The Night

9. MGMT - Oracular Spectacular

10. Coldplay - Viva La Vida

i really want to see Fleet Foxes, Vampire Weekend, MGMT and NEED to see Nick cave and the Bad Seeds and hope they make an appearance at Glastonbury this year.

and while we're at it i thought i'd list my top 10 albums of last year too and would love for any of these artists to play Glastonbury this year.

1. Santogold - Santogold

2. Creature with the Atom Brain - I Am the Golden Gate Bridge

3. Cage the Elephant - Cage the Elephant

4. Kings of Leon - Only By the Night

5. Eagles od Death Metal - Heart On

6. MGMT - Oracular Spectacular

7. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Dig! Lazarus Dig!

8. Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan - Sunday at Devil Dirt

9. TV on the Radio - Dear Science

10. Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes

what were your favourite albums of last year and do you think any of them or any of these artists will appear this year at glastonbury?

silver mt. zion - 13 blues for thirteen moons

portishead - third

bon iver - for emma, forever ago

the dø - a mouthful

seal cub clubbing club - super science fiction

errors - it's not something but I like it

...death cab for cutie and mars volta both had 2008 releases that whilst alright, weren't as good as some of both bands earlier work...but they'd both still be excellent additions....and not heard it but amadou & mariam released in 2008 aswell and would be cracking. raconteurs would be good again.

...al green, stephen malkmus and the jicks (altho rumours of pavement reforming), okkervil river & polar bear, all had 2008 releases aswell that not listened to yet, but like to be added.

...& radiohead - in rainbows (cd release was 2008) :O

I still really enjoyed the latitude performance...wasn't as good as astoria and oxford uni on the plans tour but was still great to hear I thought...think gibbard had problems with the setup, don't think he could hear himself; perhaps monitors not working or something. He's been pretty good attitude wise the other times I've seen them.

I did an 80 minute death cab cd for a mate recently as he hadn't heard of them & nothing from narrow stairs got on it (I will possess your heart perhaps would've if it was 90 minutes)

a movie script ending - photo album

title and registration - transatlanticism

technicolor girls - forbidden love (ep)

transatlanticism - transatlanticism

what sarah said - plans

a lack of color - transatlanticism

pictures in an exhibition - something about airplanes

405 (acoustic) - forbidden love (ep)

summer skin - plans

brothers on a hotel bed - plans

the sound of settling - transatlanticism

photobooth - forbidden love (ep)

president of what - something about airplanes

someday you will be loved - plans

crooked teeth - plans

we looked like giants - transatlanticism

scientist studies - we have the facts and we're voting yes

I will follow you into the dark - plans
