Hi, I will be attending my first Glastonbury this year and cant wait. My problem lies in the fact that i will be flying over from ireland and may be able to bring spirits but Im a beer man and wonder can you buy crates of beer on site or is it feasible to go to the nearest town a la Download with the nearby Castle Donington village.

If you are flying into Bristol get a taxi from Temple Meads to the nearest Tesco/Sainsburys etc. They should be able to sort you out with a few cans.

When you flying over and where from?

There are 25 of us heading over, about 18 from Belfast and the rest from Dublin, we are hiring a van out, picking it up when we land and heading to tesco to fill it up with drink
