Theres people on both forums that are very protective of their own. On ORF however, its much more anti efests than i can even begin to explain. They seem to think that neil went over there and started bitching and slagging everyone off. I dunno why. I dont care. Im merely just saying whats been said.

I've only been there (about 3 months back) as a result of one of their regulars (possibly even rocktwat) registering over there under the name 'efestivals' and using that to stir up shit.

The most amusing thing about going there was that on registering with a junk name I got messages from it's mods saying it was crap there and to go to rocktwat's own forums. It seems his job there is to undermine his own job.

Rockgeek isn't that bad, even if he does have a tendency to lock threads for little reason or none at all (eg daily star thread). To be honest, on any forum the admin team are going to seem a bit arsey, as they are the ones who have to deal with running the place. Given a choice between no admin team and a very occasionally frustrating admin team, I don't think many people would suggest that the former is preferable.

As for the suggestion that ORF is just full of idiots who can't string a sentence together, that's a load of crap. There are quite a few joke threads, but all of the regulars are capable of intelligent posts, when they want to be.

However, when it comes to this ORF vs efestivals thing, I really have no idea why it started. Can't we all just get along?
