.jay.
I see the Eagles are touring at the time of the festival and have a big gap in their schedule the week of the festival. 6-1 Bergen, Norway Koengen 6-4 Helsinki, Finland Hartwell Arena 6-7 Berlin, Germany 6-8 Prague, Czech Republic 6-10 Vienna, Austria Stadthalle 6-12 Zurich, Switzerland Hallenstadion Zurich 6-13 Milan, Italy Datchforum 6-15 Munich, Germany Olympiahall 6-17 Cologne, Germany Lanxess Arena 6-18 Antwerp, Belguim Sport Palace 6-28 Galway, Ireland Pearse Stadium what with the penchant for booking classic oldie singalong acts such as Shirley Bassey, Neil Diamond, Leonard Cohen (i just typed Leonard Nimoy lol), Crowded House (not exactly oldie but you catch my drift) and putting them on in the afternoon do you think The Eagles may get a look in this year and take that role on? seems to make perfect sense to me. srvman
however sensational and fantastic it will be i can 99% garuntee they are too expensive, considering, 1 ticket for the eagles averages between 90-130 quid, its almost the whole price of a glastonbury, thus why im not going to see them lol

disasterplan44
Uh oh. If The Eagles play, my mum might even make the trip across for it. I'd hate for her to see me in festival mode... And with the way the rumours (don't mind the pun) are going, a lot of people's parents will be coming this year.

eFestivals
I've just remembered that I was passed some info about a week ago which seems to categorically rule out the Eagles playing at Glastonbury this year.
