Chazeboy
I like how the Glade photo, looks (more or less) as it does when the festivals on, if you get what i mean
paul1784
mr_bizarre I will certainly visit again soon and try and find out more about will replace the Leftfield tent! Didn't actually walk all the way up to the stone circle but we could have, its all open! Although when we got to the old railway line there were literally hundreds of seagulls above us so was trying to get away from them !!!! Josie's Cat
I bought mushrooms from a deer in 2004 I swear! The we did baloons and pushed all the balloons round my tent! That was the coolest deer in the world!!
al_coholic
Great Post. Its so strange to see the site all clean and fresh, without a hundred thousand dirty sweaty people meandering around it, and without all the rubbish everywhere. TaylorT
Wicket Ground (where I had to camp last year - won't be doing that again, its miles from anywhere!!) Road leading to Pyramid Stage - bridge to dance village on the right, John Peel stage would be left behind where the picture was taken. Bridge to Dance Village Standing where the meeting point by the Leftfield stage would be! Wouldn't see this during the festival Avalon Field then through the trees to Trash City Glade Looking onto the Other Stage field from the old railway line
blue&white
Great post matey, bet it was cold down there!!!
daveinafield
for me this is the sort of thing that makes Glastonbury different to other festivals. I can't imagine even the greatest Reading or V Fan salivating over the sight of green fields and trees. Its these pictures that should illustrate to people why for Glasto lovers its not about the line-up, the headliners or the quality of mobile phone reception - its about the place itself. These pics make me want to hitch hike there tonight with a cardboard sign and out of tune acoustic guitar in tow and go for a wander/bimble back in time to the fayre and then return just in time for '09. glastofreak
No, but that is a very cool idea - i was more concerned about staying away from all the sheep when we got to the Pyramid stage!!

Dave F.
what happens if deer get trapped on the site when the superfence gets put up i'm sure they've thought about this in the last 40 years.
