Harsh to say anybody actually suggested Scouting For Girls in the first place to be fair.

Los Campesinos! are one of my favourite bands, but obviously never going to be headline material, unless something dramatic happens.

New bands that could headline... The Last Shadow Puppets if they carried on making albums?

Haha, it was me that threw Scouting for Girls in there as an example of bands that R1 Unsigned were pimping who came through on to the bigger stages (along with Los Campesinos etc). Not suggesting they'd necessarily headline. I'm with the Sigur Ros contingent Or how about Zero 7? I know they have a reputation as being a bit electronic, but they're fun live with Sia jumping about and keeping the crowd happy!
