The Boss would kick Neil's ass in a fist fight.

However if it came to a sword fight with Guitars then Neil would have the upper hand, waving his Gibson like a broadsword. But one slip up and the boss would finish him with a thrusting telecaster to the chest.

Musically though I don't have a view...... :D

Now Pink Floyd. I am fanatical about them!!! I love them and all their stuff. I have every album 3 times over on CD, most twice on vinyl and some box sets! And som collector vinyls, etc. I really am fanatical!!! I am devastated they will not play together again!

Its Obscured by Clouds. Not Obscured by Light. I like it! Only in the nerdy way though. I wouldnt listen to it in the car.

The Wall is a classic man! Even if its a tough listen.

You forgot Momentary Lapse of Reason by the way. Total and utter shite.

You are right about Obscured. It's not very good whatever it is. I understand it was important in their development.

The Wall has a few good tracks on it, but on the whole I find it too moany and self-indulgent for my liking. Didn't like the film either. Comfortably Numb and Run Like Hell are class mind.

I've not got More on there either, but then I've not heard it. I liked the cover of Momentary Lapse of Reason.

You are both wrong! Every PF album is good, very good infact!!! Apart from AMLOR, which can best be described as decent. The Wall is an all time classic, OBC is brilliant, AHM, Umagguma (never can spell that), TDB is brilliant. More is also brilliant!

Honestly, they have never done a treuly bad album, the best band ever!

I really like The Final Cut, probs my 6/7 fave PF album. It is a brilliant album, but it depends whether you speakin musically or lyrically. Lyrically its fantastic, very strong, it tells a story no one else could. Musically it is lacking, a little. But it was never meant to be a musical album!

only playing the devils aviate her so don't shoot me down... But was it really PF or was it RW with DG and NM as session musicians....

See I love Animals, number 2 in my book after number 1 of WYWH.

However some say that's a poor effort, I say rubbish..... I know, but I just felt it was the last good PF album before Rodger got all up tight.

Any this is so far off topic we are in another world......
