Sam.
I put this to all those who want to go and see Bruce, yet tell me and many others off for complaining about the line-up. As we don't actually 100% DEFINITELY know the line-up, if these four bands were announced, how would you feel then? Would it still, honestly, be all about the festival as a whole, or would you be a wee bit effed off too? And don't reply "Bloc Party won't be headlining." I am aware of that. Just if they WERE. Messy
Arctic Monkeys: Yep, would be chuffed The Killers: Won't headline, wouldn't watch if they did. Bloc Party: Won't headline, will watch wherever they play. Arcade Fire: Would love it if they headlined, but I can't see it happening. sifi
I'd say thankfully BB King, Orbital and Dreadzone were playing.
IRISHMANC
Bloc Party if they stuck to their earlier stuff and Arctic Moneys definately. Killers RUBBISH live and Arcade Fire don't have a headline vibe for me, sunset tho....sweeeet
darrenbha
I'd feel exactly the same as i do now. Its still Glastonbury. It'll still be superb whoever headlines. strudders
To be frank if the Killers and Bloc Party where on the same night I would not be any where near the venue. Simply as it would be a repeat of the Saturday night at Reading last year. I would be: 1) Jazz satge 2) Other Stage 3) Camp 4) Trash city 5) wrecked
mellowfellow
This is the problem with most festival goers these days, its not all about iline up its about the festival and having a nice gathering of hopefully like mided folk who want to relax, drink , dance and live in a concentrated utopia for a weekend... Sorry , I'll get me coat... Edited February 5, 2009 by mellowfellow

Pulpfan
Those 4 bands all played in 2007 so would have to say no.
Sam.
i would only definately see arcade fire, might see arctics as i've never seen them before but only if there was nothing better on. bloc party were new and different when silent alarm came out but everything since then sounds the same; and i can't stand the killers, bland and boring imho. this is the first year in my 6 times at glastonbury that i've wanted to see all three pyramid headliners, its rare that i want to see any. i've only been there for REM, Macca and radiohead, i usually end the night at the other stage, JP or the park. last year i saw all three headliners at the john peel tent. alframsey
Id be happy! The Killers - Love em, goin to see em later this month!!! I would like them there this year in fact, instead of Blur. Artic Monkeys - Id be happy, like them also. Bloc Party - Not my thing, but its one act of the whole weekend. Same with Blur, if they are there then i will not watch them, not really my cuppa! Arcade Fire - Id be over the moon!!!!!!! I love them! p.s. Id much rather Neil Young and The Boss though !!!!! Ashaz42
I'd feel as though I was at Reading Festival. I'd be happy to see all of them apart from Arctic Monkeys. Maybe not Headliners. I'd rather see Blur and Bruce Springsteen.
pineapple-tea
I don't really care who's headlining! I can always go off and watch someone else if I don't like the headlining bands. I'd watch Bloc party, though.
mr flow
I couldn't care less who's headlining as I know there will be something or someone to see or do during the headlining slot. I've been to Glastonbury 8 times and i've only ever seen two headline acts on the Pyramid.
Aphex's twin
I wouldn't be fussed about any of those mentioned. Although I am not fussed about any of the headliners that actually will be playing either, just hoping to find some good stuff at the other stages.
