tomdsjames
See the bands listed at the bottom, I've seen these mentioned on several different websites. Apparently the organisers want all of these bands playing and are in talks with them. http://www.entertainmentandshowbiz.com/met...r-2009021711231
biffoire
Some Manchester Radio station mentioned it as well. The sources on it seem to be a bit thin tbh.
eFestivals
I'm sure that's bull.
tomdsjames
Most probably...where would any of them fit in if true because I definitely can't see GnR accepting a none-headlining slot, that's why I said it's ambitious if it is true. Plus, haven't Foo Fighters and Muse said they aren't playing festivals this year?
biffoire
I can see AIC and NIN getting announced as special guests and all the other bands being less popular than those acts. The down side to a ludicrus line up like that is bands like NIN and aic would play 30 mins at 2pm!! I'd personally rather see those 2 bands in supports slots than Muse, phonics or GNR! Besides, when are led zep being announced?

edgar
i'm guessing they mean those bands might play some of the european dates. i doubt very much they'll all play the uk one, and i doubt they'd have the same headliners all across europe. biffoire
Has anyone any idea on what kind of exclusivity DL have on there act? I would have thought it would only apply to headliners only but have nothing to base that on. Was interested with the DL and Sonisphere line ups being released what the overlap might be if any.
