dodgy ticket websites - Exit 09

Hi all

I read an article in the paper this weekend about the numerous dodgy ticket websites that are popping up and selling non-existent tickets to festivals this year.

I recently got tickets for Exit 09 from www.etickets.to, it turns out the tickets are "etickets" so I don't get to see what Ive purchased.

has any one else used this that can reassure me that it's legitimate?

or has anyone else got exit tikets that can at least confirm they are selling "etickets"?

suddenly feel a bit paranoid about it all

You should receive your etickets shortly after buying them...mibe arrived in my inbox about 30 mins later.

etickets is the official ticket outlet for Exit festival, so you're fine. You exchange your eticket for a little card when you get to the festival, but make sure you keep the email in good nick as if they can't scan it then you won't be able to get in without hiking all the way to the other side of the festival (after doing a walk of shame back through the queue you have spent the last two hours in).

This happened to me a few years back and would not wish it on anyone. Maybe take a couple of copies with you, just to be on the safe side.
