I know they were leaked in January to be playing....but why have they not yet been confirmed in any of the announcements? looking at the tour dates they are ony availabe Friday, as they're doing other euro festivals on the saturday and sunday./....& 3 Festival dates in 3 days in 3 different countries is a bit steep for 4 old men....So are they still going to play Download or has it gone tits up?

if they're the 'amazing' 3rd headliner i'll still be well happy, but i kinda hope its not them. here's to Download announcing them, FNM, AND Rammstein on monday!

well said. thats the reason i wanna see 'em - i own 5 Ozzy-era Sabbath albums but no Dio-era ones, I just wanna see them for being able to see those guys play!

Saw them in the 80's. So long as they haven't gone downhill, they're well worth seeing whatever they play. Fingers crossed!

Black Sabbath have had 3 singers in the past, Ozzy Osbourne is known by most to be the main Sabbath singer tho when he left the band they replaced him with ronnie james dio and recorded the heaven & hell album.....now theyve reformed with Dio theyr not allowed to use the name Black Sabbath as Ozzy has been back with Black Sabbath the last decade or so & he wud object to them using that name
