NO Bloc Party, Kasabian, Manics or Faithless makes me sad

28 acts announced I count from Absolute

eFests lists Prodigy but Absolute definatly didn't announce them, but they did announce a lot eFests doesn't list

I hope The Prodigy headline JJB, that would rule!

I'm pretty well chuffed with the acts along side Killers and Oasis. I'm glad Pendulum are on the same day as Killers so I don't need to miss Oasis. Proper excited they Pendulum haven't been shoved into the JJB tent.

Overall, I think the V organisers have pulled it off again. 2nd time going for a 2nd time V festival goer. Lets hope the extra acts will beef it up nicely!

Anyone complaining, just don't bother going then.

A lot of the line up is predictable and dull.... so many bands coming back that played in 2007. A handful of great bands that I'm yet to see though - The Specials, Elbow, MGMT, Pendulum, Pete Doherty, British Sea Power, Ocean Colour Scene, Dizzee Rascal, Seasick Steve, The Saturdays.... excited for these.
