SpiralD
Razorlight, Keane, The Specials, Elbow, The Ting Tings, MGMT, Fatboy Slim, Pendulum, The Script, Paolo Nutini, Lily Allen, The Wombats, The Streets, Biffy Clyro, Katy Perry, James Morrison, Peter Doherty, Happy Mondays, Ocean Colour Scene, Ocean Colour Scene, The Enemy, Dizzee Rascal, Lady GaGa, James, Seasick Steve, and The Saturdays. All confirmed for V Fest. Out of those, I was really hoping for Elbow, Ting Tings, MGMT or Pendulum to do Leeds.

thomasowen
With the exception of MGMT, Pendulam and Biffy as well as a few I never expected to play Leeds (e.g Specials) I think Reading has gotten of lightly

Role Model
Although I'm not really fussed with any of those, I did expect quite a few of them to play. Just makes it even more interesting to see who they're going to get to fill up the line-up..... Edited March 2, 2009 by Role Model
mooseman
I was hoping for the streets this year, not really bothered by anything else apart from maybe the specials.

she bangs the drums
Lol Scouting for Girls wont play reading. They've said as much.
jammy2211
I doubt very much Bloc Party will return - and Franz won't come back lower then a headliners. The biggest 'missing' band for me that I think we'll see is Kasabian, easily second headliner material and we've still not got a clue who'll be in those slots except the Kaisers. Any reason they won't play Reading? The Kooks are pretty much nailed on to be 3rd from top I think.
benisright
Noooooo, please don't tell me that What about the chances for the View, the View, the View are on fire? or in his own words one of the only people making real indie music out there, the Reverend? oh well only 27 more days before my whole year is shattered and Reading and Leeds becomes some indie fest.....or maybe the lock up will save me and thousands of others who have already bought tickets thinking they were going to see something decent this year.
