hey guys, im not going to isle of wight but just noticed that the pains of being pure at heart have the festival down on their gigs page on myspace and i couldnt see a mention of it on here so thought id let you know.

they're just about my favourite band in the world right now and im jealous you guys have them playing, i hope they play latitude festival also as that's where il be off to this year.

They're released the best album so far this year in my opinion, awesome band.

yeah, easily the best album of 2009, no one on here seems bothered by the news though. mind you, judging by the neil young threads, this forum is not exactly a hotbed of great musical taste.

yeah i'm hoping to get to the cambridge date. i was looking forward to seeing them supporting the wedding present in colchester in december but that got cancelled due to an injury to the wedding present's guitarist and the rescheduled date was without POBAH supporting

just had a listen to the album and its got some good songs on..

which will sound good live

they sound abit like the smiths

or is that just me....
