For the ladies, those whizaway funnels are very useful. Just use that with a bottle. GF was pleased to have that at festivals last year.

Those funnels are cool! I am actually thinking of buying myself a gift set! No more getting jealous of the boyfriend peeing in a bottle whilst I brave the long drops in the middle of the night!

May I also suggest a miner's torch (the ones that wrap round your head) for toilet trips in the dark, very handy to see where you are going, especially going up the steps to the long drops.

I was about to say men have it easy but then I thought, wait, why not utilise technology and use a big bottle and a plastic funnel. Job done, easy and cheap, plus the bottle can be sealed!

As a girl myself, albeit one who doesn't really care about make-up etc too much, I found I brought way too much stuff last year - BUT it was really sunny, therefore ALL the changes of clothes I had in case of mud were unused... Is it better to prepare for the mud/rain and bring a lot of clothes or hedge bets and not bring too much stuff??? I've heard of the dangers of wheely suitcases in particular with ref to the possible mud...

Been using a Lenor bottle for years but with a big 2 litre jug to pee in then tipping it over into the bottle, much the same priciple but...when you have had too much Brothers and are trying to navigate the funnel into the bottle and the pee into the funnel, I fear it could be messy!!
