MGMT or Oasis?

I havent seen either live and was wandering what peoples views are on them. Like the Oasis songs but believe it or not never really bought one of their albums. Same with MGMT but do like their tunes. I would have thought Oasis would prob be most peoples vote but am unsure whether they'll be really into it as its only V to them and they are a bunch of c**ts. Most people say MGMT are wicked live and I will be getting their album this week.

could this be the last time I get the chance to see Oasis or should I sack them off for MGMT?

Thats quite hard for me actually, Oasis walk it on all time songs obviously but i think MGMT have the Livee vote

MGMT for me but I'm seeing Oasis at own gig - if you haven't seen either go for Oasis as MGMT will do their own tour not too long in distant future whereas u will have missed Oasis by time V comes up..

thankfully saw oasis last october for the first time so will do MGMT this time (plus my bf and bro both wanna see mgmt preferably) otherwise it would have been a total clash nightmare for me!

I would have to say MGMT, they are one of the few newer acts out that have a good sound about them, Oasis arent who they used to be compared to how they were in the 90's, I went to see them at Man City Stadium about 2-3 years back (don't believe the truth tour), really good atmos but Liams voice was s**t, not like it once was

Really wanna see both have seen oasis loads of times and have never seen mgmt but really like there music but oasis are fantastic and one of my all time favourite bands so at the moment i'm really stuck as to what to do!!!!!!!!!

It's quite obvious really, MGMT will tour again in the winter and probably excessively again in 2010, Oasis however won't be around for a very, very long time after V as they'll of already done their UK shows by then. So yeah, Oasis.

I have seen oasis a few times since 1990 and they have always disapointed, his voice (live) grates on my nerves and actually makes my ears bleed, their songs are very very basic and each time I have seen them (usually to see the support act) they have had a football chanting hoolie following.

So I will be watching MGMT no question.

I like MGMT but also feel they are not head line material, not in comparison to other year's Chemical Brothers, Ian brown etc...

I'm not a big fan of Oasis but having seen both Oasis and MGMT live before I would opt for Oasis.

MGMT are seriously boring live. Great record and the band aren't bad in small venues big on big stages they look lost.

I really do hate my mum for taking me to see Oasis so many times.

Their fans are proppa angin. I was in seating at one of the City gigs last time, I got soaked with piss from the upper tier, WELL I BET YER MAMS PROUD OF YOU SUNSHINE.
