now less than 24 hours away, time for the announcement to leak right?

Naturally! kerrang keep on their good form to say NIN and Airbourne are playing, just check the home page, the pic on the right changes between something about the Answer and then Sonisphere

and just in case they remove it!

airbourne sound really crap bit of a disapointing announcement 4 me nin is a step in the right direction i hope they have another announcement this week! they really need some bands like korn, disturbed or something along those lines. Linken Park still seem to be a bit lonely tool would have been quite good b4 them cant imagine nin before them surely they have to be on the sunday with tallica!

I think the majority of the bands announced are for the metallica day and I had heard some time ago that NIN were special guests. But then I heard AIC were metallica special guests and I doubt they will be 2nd to metallica. Sure someone much better like B4Mv or avenged seven fold will push them down the bill.

Tool would be awesome and while a lot of people can't see it, you have to remember. Sonisphere doesn't conform to the same pattern as other UK festivals. So I wouldn't be suprised to see...

LP - NIN - Tool - Placebo...

Maybe Janes in there somewhere. The line up is going to be insane!!!

Well they are doing what they always do when Tool isn't their prime concern, but they've also said they've made a start on the new album. Probably a very small start, but I dunno it occurs to me it's time for them to do the whole 'lets just do a tour' thing rather than wait for an album tour. Kinda like Metallica and Iron Maiden do....sure they tour albums alot but sometimes they just play some gigs for the hell of it as well!
