hi guys :P

first time camping at v, went a couple of years ago but only for the day and not too sure how things work. few questions for you...but first of all, whats the difference between stafford and chelmsford?! which one is better for camping/bands etc?! when i went for the day i went to chelmsford and loved it...but all my friends want to go to weston. im not convinced! :/

also...i dont understand the camping thing? do you buy different coloured campsites?! and is this both for weston and chelmsford...

help would be appreciated! :)

Heyy, well for starters the bands are exactly the same over both days, :P which is always good.

Next i think personally stafford is better, i think if you go on the "weston park forum"

someones left a post saying "Chelmsford or Stafford" and neerly all the posts are on staffords side and saying all the positives about them. Might want to check it out for like the Pro's & Cons of both sites !

And also, for stafford it doesnt matter what colour campsite you choose, the ticket gets you into all of them, so basically first come first serve. This is different at Chelmsford as you have to get specific tickets for different colour camp sites. ( Not 100% sure on that though, youll have to have a scan through other topics to find out for sure )

Whereas i have no choice, i live about 20 mins away from the stafford site so its always the first option. But yehh, id go for stafford. Hope this helps :)

thanks! you have pretty much swayed me anyway haha. sounds much more simple to just get weston as you dont have to bother messing around with the coloured campsite thing when buying tickets. i think it might be closer to where i live as well? im not really sure. but thank youu :P
