Whats the difference between red and yellow campsites ?

last year yellow was closer to the arena, had a better atmosphere and cleaner toilets but not so many food stalls and you wernt allowed your own bbqs.

red however is bigger, more food stalls, and youre allowed disposable bbqs.

you aren't supposed to have BBQs on any of the campsites, only the gas stoves/cookers are allowed.

Yellow is on-site, just smaller and as said above not so many stalls etc.

In Red in 2007 there was a BARBARBAR, was it there last year does anyone know? I know yellow doesn't have one.

there we no barbarbars at all last year.

i didnt realise red didnt allow bbqs either last year. we'd always been allowed them in previous years, i thought it was just yellow that didnt like them.

I had a feeling the barbarbar had gone - still, I think I only bought one drink from there in 2007, it was just somewhere to gather with everybody, oh well, I'm sure we'll find somewhere else to gather!!

I thought it was a general "no BBQ" rule at Chelmsford, according to their "rules" page - I know you are allowed gas cookers.
