No postal address though, and no limited company number (though ASTA gives:

Hope ur mate paid on a credit card. You can defo get your money back from that. (If he paid on debit card, get him to call the bank and get them to stop the transaction!! Might still be enough time to do that!!)

I don't understand why people go to these bloody sites (or even come across their existence for that matter). There's an official list of websites on the V Festival website. Okay, people panic and think that they can't get through because of high demand on the servers, but that's for a reason. Because they are reliable, have good history and most people trust them. You just need a bit of patience. I ordered 7 tickets this morning (4 from ticketmaster and, afterwards, 3 from See) with a TOTAL of 25 mins waiting time. If you have to question their legitimacy, then you're probably right to question it, and should have done so BEFORE giving them several hundred sheets.

Unfortunately, people are stupid and these rapacious scammers feed on people's stupidity and impatience. Make sure you don't have anything to do that morning, get on the internet at 9.55 on the day the tickets come out, smoke a doobie, have a V+T, whatever it takes to chill you out and just wait for the server to catch up with your application. It will go through..........
