What size of hiking rucksack is best?

I have that exact bag, and also the cheap 95L cargo blue bag one they sell.

Pros, it's pretty strong, strong zip, and looks as though the material is waterproof (zips and seams aren't). It also has the shoulder straps and waist strap for putting on your back. I've not tried it on my back however. It's a fallback incase my B&Q sack-truck dies. I normally hoik the kit in/out on my trolley, the two holdalls ratchet tied-down. That red bag is really strong, I put all my heavy bulky stuff in it, and my clothes, sleeping bag etc. in the blue one.

Another Pro, I much prefer a holdall style bag inside the tent, much easier to search through for stuff than a rucksac.

I wondered if it looks a bit expensive, i.e. in the bright red colour (looks a bit like The North Face bags), and might attract a thief? Also, it doesn't have an organization or pockets like a rucksac would have.

EDIT: I've just remembered, along with the 90L Gelert Expedition Cargo bag, I also have the 45L one!
