I won't be watching though, can't stand him or anything he's ever done band wise either

I hope he is headlining. an hour and a half of "your my waterloo" and "time for heroes". looking like it could be the highlight of the weekend!

Union headliners only get 45-50 minutes

They start at 10pm then play until 10.50 usually

means you could watch the first 40 or so minutes of The Killers then head over and you wouldn't have missed anything of Pete though

Alot of people underestimate The Killers live. I saw them last August and they weren't great but in January they were amazing. Their new stuff is very good live. I'd like to see Pete but I'm gonna have to go with The Killers.

I love how he's now playing under "Peter Doherty" because he wanted to change him image after the whole rehab thing.

Cus the letter R makes everyone forget the image he had previously!

But in fairness to the dude, hope this new leaf works out for him.

You think? I've seen them 4 times now and although I love the Killers albums I have never been blown away live by like I do with other bands, I saw them last weekend and also saw Franz few days earlier and tbh Franz blew them out the water much tighter set and better atmosphere IMO..

I don't like the poptartness of new album but it does seem lots like it when u go to their own gig, each to their own I guess.....

I'm holding out for the other tent headliners being announced (I know better half wants to see Killers so cd be interesting call) although wd be interested in seeing Pete even though I think he is a d**k

The annoying thing about the Killers is they are perfect for festivals in that they are such a well known and easy to like band, but they are also terrible for festivals because they are so much better in indoor venues.

I must say, returning to the subject of Pete Doherty, I was a little bit disappointed with the new album, what does anyone else think?
