Dannny
basically, i just need to know the best places to be, differences between camps and things.. ways to not get caught taking booze into the arena.. Me and my friend decided to stop being miserable and considering our favourite bands are headlining this year we got the money together and got our tickets.. Does everyone get on with each other and that? or is everyone confined to their space and won't say hello to anybody? I just wanna know what im letting myself in for

joshi
I'm also new to this if anyone could give any tips on the best places to camp and what the differences are. Which are the closest camps to the arena? This may sound awful but i hear there are 3 or 4 stages but one arena so does that mean all 4 stages are closely located to each other? if not how long does it take to walk to them? how long would you advise before an act to get to a stage? also as im going with a group of single lads where is the best place to meet like minded single girls? cheers x
Rhyscot
All stages are reasonbly close, the arena and main stage are a matter of minutes away and so is the C4, and once each act finished.. there then is like a 20 - 30 min wait for he next band to set up.. soo you can watch the whole of a band/artist and make a gentle walk to the next stage and see the start of them. It was my first festival last year and now i just cant get enough of them. The only thing is dont worry when you get down the front and a big act comes on.. expect to get rammed from each side and pushed like mad ! hahh. Just make sure you keep your legs on the ground. And also camp sites.. its basically first come first serve ( at stafford) at chelmsford you buy specific tickets which allow you access to that site wheras you dont have to worry about that at Staffs,.. i didnt camp last year but it seemed like the red was the closest which was a matter of seconds away from the entrance of the arena (stafford). Ohh yeh, forgot to mention WELLIESS !!!! Make sure you have a pair both days, last year i moaned all before thinkingg it would be pointless but belive me.. they are the saviour ! . Sorry, rambling on now. Anything else youd like to know just post and ill makee the effort to provide the info !
