can you bring booze into v ?

hey people this is my first year at v. with my mate . just wondering can you bring booze into v ?

You can take any alcohol you like into the campsite but 'nothing' into the arena - unless you hide it.

You can't take glass bottles but tinnies are fine.

If you want to get drinks into the arena then stick it in a Platypus water carrier and smuggle it in as best you can if it goes wrong its not that expensive a loss (unless its full of Glenmorangie)

I think it is only illegal to sell alcohol to an under 18 year old!!!

Are you allowed on site though if you are under 18 without an adult?

i was only just 18 when i went last year with no id (and i'm a small guy - i pass for a 16 year old more often than 18) and i was carrying a crate of fosters. no problems at all.
