Poss. Computer help subforum?

Have always found great technical advice in the past - in fact, had all my computer glitch dilemmas solved by the good people of Efests - but have now encountered another problem and on doing a few searches on discussions came up with many, many pages to check through.

I know there are lots of external sites specifically for this and usually do a quick search there too, but like to get advice here from folks who, I believe, I can trust before I start typing strange formats into my comp.

Know it would mean a lot of work transferring the relevant pages but it would be one I would use often, though sadly not as an offerer of advice, and just thought I'd ask if it could be a potential sub-forum either under the wibble or general forums?

p.s. from another site, link to my current problem on 16yr old sons laptop:

Log on - Log off

But seems very complicated so wouldn't use info unless I was more sure of the person providing it. Hence the suggestion.

Sorry, but these are forums about festivals. As things stand I'd like to add further forums for more festivals, but that has to balanced with screen space and how many choices people want to have presented to them.

Anyway, what I'm saying is that, no, there won't be any extra forums added for any non-core purposes for which these forums exist for.
