beLIEveR
I reckon face value will be £165, booking fee will "hopefully" stay at £7 (rather than £11), transaction fee of £5, early entry £10 as usual and probably £2.50 transaction fee. sammysundae
tbh i see R&L as probably the only fest that will sell out quickly this year. it is probably the most popular. and i'm going to go with a controversial one here. its popular with groups of people who won't have been affected by the credit crunch as much as most, london kids who get a good bit of money for the ticket from they're parents. not having a dig, just saying. i wouldn't expect to see tickets going for the silly money they were last year tho. just before QOTSA i saw a guy buy a ticket froma tout for £500 without even flinching, he still had a few hundred pounds cash in his hand, which i can only believe he expected to spend on the ticket, crazy boy! i wasn't a big believer in the credit crunch, but it does seem to be affecting everyone now and one good thing is that i think its going to effectively put a top to ticket touting, people just don't have the money to waste anymore. Englishdragon
I carnt see Reading and Leeds Selling out in a few days like it has done in the last few years, I think you would probably be able to get some tickets at the end of the week. V did sell out last year, it never really does, V just claims their tickets are sold out yet keep bringing them back on sale every other week. I got my V tickets in August

benisright
Im not affected by the credit crunch. Im a student, only affect i have is that clothes are now cheaper. Neither are my parents, one of whom works as a nurse in social services and the other is a policeman. One thing you can guarentee in an economic crisis is that crime is going up and more people are going into care.
beLIEveR
With the benefit of time to cool down from the woeful rumours (Radiohead aside), I reckon Reading will sell out in about a day, Leeds will take longer though. Possibly even a few weeks.
Englishdragon
It sold out in hours, not days, last year. I don't see any reason for it not to do the same this year.

Bradders
I'm getting £200 off all my mates. That'll definitely cover it when Wednesday tickets are included.
Englishdragon
Tickets came up for sale very occasionaly during the 2 weeks afterwards but these were from rejected cards or whatever. It was very lucky to get tickets on the wednesday, after tickets apeared on sites like seetickets they were ussualy snapped up in 5 minutes. Rhyscot
You are talking about a tenner more for the Fri as well.. Plus you would have camping and the day before as well.. which is prob the best part nowadays..
Ashaz42
Camping is exactly the same as a normal weekend pass. I think day tickets were something like £65 or so last year? Camp! I live nearby, but it's still half the experience.

Bradders
I posted a link on here last year, about 45 minutes before the tickets go on sale... I doubt they'll leave that back door open again this year But yeh, someone probably will, hopefully you'll do the same.
