There are, but you can stay in Cannock or Stafford and the distance isn't that great to drive (asuming you drive).

I will be honest though by not camping you are missing half the fun - random 2am conversations with strangers over tinnies and a small barbecue(huge out of control cause your hammered) camp fire.

HI THERE. WE AHVE SPENT LAST 4 YRS CAMPING AT V, NEVER AGAIN. HAVE BOOKED B AND B AT LILLESHALL HALL ABOUT 4 MILES FROM WESTON OK. FOUND IT THROUGH GOOGLE MAPS- EVERYWHER ELSE NEAR WAS FULLY BOOKED. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

There is this farm that offers off site camping. Think they are called white pump camping or something like that? They're about 20 mins away by foot from V, the place was discussed recently.
