WHAT WILL OASIS FINISH THE SHOW WITH ?

Oasis don't do suprises it's been I am the Walrus on their current tour so thats what it'll be at V. My Generation is my favourite cover of theirs, but only because ive heard them do I am the Walrus so many times before.

Just because they're by The Beatles or The Who doesn't automatically make them good songs like most seem to assume! I Am The Walrus original is far too slow and trippy, and My Generation really suits Liams voice and the overdrive.

who said anything about it being automatic?! they ARE good songs, great in fact, two of the best of all time! oasis wouldnt be covering them if they were shit! to slow and trippy :S yehh cos all slow songs are shit and all psychedelic songs are shit to :S

it may suit liams voice, but i think most people would all agree it suits dalterys better!

They only finished with My Generation because Zak Starkey (also The Who's drummer) was playing with them! Now we're sadly stuck with Chris Sharrock. He's a great drummer too though. Shame really, My Generation is a much more epic tune than I Am The Walrus. Both better than the originals though.

Theyve thankfully started playing I Am The Walrus again. Deffo a highlight to all them playing that. Greatest band around. If u dont like it, missing out.
